A vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC) is the delivery of a baby through the vagina in a woman who previously had a caesarean, or C-section.

Many women may safely be able to have a vaginal birth after a C-section. However, in some, it can be risky.
Depending on the location or your C-section scare, the uterus may rupture during a vaginal delivery.
